It's been wonderful to be a part of this year's Glamour Women of the Year Awards & Summit. Yesterday, we spent the day surrounded by inspiring women, who talked about their plights, fights and the stories that have made their journeys unique. We heard from Jenna Lyons, Lena Dunham, Maureen Dowd, Maria Shriver and many more, and we were honored to be a sponsor, with each attendee walking away with a Bon Pour Les Filles CV tote, with proceeds benefitting Glamour's The Girl Project.
The first panel included a group of real power women, led by Jenna Lyons, Yahoo's Marisssa Mayer and Issa Rae talking about what they learned in their first 30 days on the job. One of the biggest takeaways: Never namedrop in a crowded restaurant.
