This role will manage our creative operations, coordinating between graphic design, marketing, photo and photo production, retail and ecommerce teams to guarantee the highest quality and timely delivery of all creative content. An ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, experience in production, and can manage multiple work streams. 


Responsibilities:

  • Receive all creative projects requests and work with the SVP Brand to assign projects to designers, working in Asana
  • Provide direction, source images, copy and other brief elements to ensure designer time is optimized.
  • Manage non-design projects independently 
  • Shepherd creative through approval process, routing to all necessary parties
  • Release all creative to relevant parties
  • Work with creative producer to calendar all shoots and inform relevant parties
  • Ensure work is production ready and in the case of print/physical projects, work directly with vendors until completion (wheat paste, window installs, etc)
  • Manage freelance and shoot budgets
  • Plan and run status meetings

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in creative services
  • Experience working with a dynamic team of creative roles including art directors, designers, photographers, producers, and freelancers
  • Experience managing multiple budgets
  • A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Strong ability in fostering strong relationships with agents and talent
  • Able to move quickly and maintain focus amid change
  • Strong attention to details and timelines
