Customer Service / FAQ

  • ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  • Clare V. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & Clare V. does not cover the cost of return shipping.

  • ALL returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and dust bags included. Sale, monogrammed, and personalized items are FINAL SALE. Clare V. has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

  • You can return online purchases by mail or by dropping off the return with the packing slip at a Clare V. store to be shipped to our Web Department for processing. Please allow up to 10 days for return processing, from the date of receipt.

  • All international orders are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

  • How do I exchange or return an item?

  • For gift returns, please contact info@clarev.com with your order number and a brief reason for exchange or return to receive a Return Authorization #. 

  • For all other returns, please follow the steps in our return portal. https://www.clarev.com/a/returns

  • Orders must be submitted online before shipping in order to be accepted.
    For all exchanges, please complete the return form and include it with your merchandise.

  • Ship the package back using the return label generated from our site. A restocking fee will be deducted from your return based on the price of the shipping label.

  • Returns or Exchanges to Clare V. Stores

  • At this time we are unable to process returns for merchandise purchased online within our Clare V. retail locations. As a courtesy, return packages can be dropped off at one of our store locations for delivery to the Web Department. All in store returns must include a packing slip, receipt, or proof of purchase.

  • Price Adjustments

  • Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase. The merchandise must still be in stock and proof of purchase is required. Price adjustments are issued in the form of a store credit, for use on a future purchase.

  • Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it has shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. After the order has shipped any adjustments will follow our return policy.

  • Though we always make our best effort to ensure all items available online are in stock, Clare V. may cancel orders in the event of the unavailability of an item.

  • Damaged/Defective/Mis-Shipped Items

  • If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, simply notify us by email info@clarev.com or by phone (213) 483-2247 within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.
