General Overview 
The Customer Service Associate maintains wholesale accounts once orders have been submitted by the showroom, acts as a liaison between the showroom and wholesale accounts, and supports the retail division in all customer service related needs.

Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Accounts: 

  1. Data Entry/order management
    1. Process invoices and shipments for seasonal and stock orders.
    2. Follow up on outstanding orders and communicate to accounts and showroom.
    3. Update JOOR seasonally with linesheet information
    4. Add material composition to invoices in AIMS
    5. Update customer accounts with accurate information when needed.
    6. Track outstanding A/R issues when necessary
    7. Create EAN’s (UPC’s)
  2. Reporting
    1. Pull open order reports
    2. Pull bookings reports
    3. Pull ATS report and update JOOR
  3. Process all transactions made in the studio (i.e. personal buys, employee purchases, special events, friends & family)
  4. Wholesale Special Events – Coordinate inventory pulls and invoicing for all events (holiday consignments; trunk shows)

Retail Customer Service: 

  1. Enter retail POs into Lightspeed
  2. Invoice retail orders in AIMS and enter Lightseed PO into AIMS invoice
  3. Transfer stock for CVWEB
  4. Cross check Lightspeed/troubleshooting to make sure Retail store employee’s get answers to problems at store level.
  5. Enter and process retail RMAs/RTV
  6. Transfer stock between stores and web


  1. Minimum 1 year working experience
  2. High School diploma or equivalent experience
  3. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic & excellent time management skills
  4. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  5. Strong resolution and decision-making skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Customer Service experience
  8. Familiarity with warehouse receiving and fulfillment
  9. Physical requirements: lift /carry/move 40 lbs. minimum
