The Logistics Coordinator is a key employee for providing exceptional operational support to the Clare V. fulfillment team, and supporting the effective flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse. This person will be responsible for responding to inventory requests from stores and other internal departments, as well as opening returns, damages and repairs, online order fulfillment, and wholesale order support. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Returns & Warehouse Operations:

  • Open returns & other incoming packages and handoff to responsible stakeholders
  • Pick and Pack orders forweborderfulfillment
  • Assist warehouse team with wholesale order picking and packing when needed
  • Assist retail stores with order changes, shipping updates, repairs, and returns
  • Conduct cycle counts and other inventory management and organizational tasks
  • Assist with finished goods receiving counts
  • Assist with loading/unloading for inventory deliveries and pickups
  • Assist in picking and packing store inventory allocations on weekly basis

General

  • Responsible for arranging transportation to work, located in Glassell Park, Los Angeles
  • Proactive & seeks creative solutions to challenges
  • Prioritizes workload to maximize efficiency
  • Organized & detail oriented
  • Understanding of surrounding retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years in a retail, warehousing or related role
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic & excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong resolution and decision-making skills
  • Experienced with UPS shipping, both domestic and international preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse receiving and fulfillment
