- Our shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday. To inquire about Saturday delivery options, please contact us before placing your order.
- Hand-painted monograms can take up to 2 weeks to complete from the time they are placed.
- Returns accepted for unused items within 30 days from receipt for exchange, refund or store credit
- Please note, we will be flexible and willing to accommodate returns beyond the return time frame during this time, as we know it may not be possible to send items back to us at this time.
