In honor of Mother's Day, here's round 2 of some of my fav moms! Last week I caught up with some very special moms to talk all things Mother's Day, and this week I've got three new beautiful mamans to share with you. I've been so lucky to work with all of them and Grace, Jenn and Wendy are all wonderful moms, incredible women and successful business owners. Name: Grace Lee, Owner Grace Lee Designs Q: What’s your favorite part about being a mom? A: I love being a mom to our daughters Olivia and Camilla. First, I must confess that being a "mom" is by far the hardest calling. But at the same time, being a mom helps you love on a level that only a mother can understand. I love dressing like our girls but being able to love unconditionally beyond oneself can only be understood when you become a mom. Q: What advice would you give to fellow moms? A: I guarantee you your child will not be sucking their thumb in high school. This too shall pass...enjoy your babies...love them...love each stage. They grow up too quickly. Q: What are you looking forward to doing – and receiving – this Mother’s Day? A: Sleep? Thank God for the iPad right? As long as my children are healthy and happy I couldn't ask for anything more for Mother's Day or in life. 
Name: Jenn Streicher, Make-up Artist & Co-Owner of Striiike Q: What’s your favorite part about being a mom? A: When you're having a really bad day, and you walk in the door, and the cutest lil person is so excited to see you. And you get a big hug and realize your day wasn't as bad as you thought. Q: What advice would you give to fellow moms? A: I really try not to give too much advice (I am not a professional, by far). Motherhood is such a personal experience, and what works for some may not work for others. I always try to go with my gut instinct. Q: What are you looking forward to doing – and receiving – this Mother’s Day? A: I have been traveling a lot for work lately, so it's going to be so nice just to hang out with my family. My mom is going to be here too, so it will be even more special. 
Name: Wendy Polish, Co-owner Le Feu De L'eau Q: What’s your favorite part about being a mom? A: Feeling unconditional love for your child. It's the first time I felt that nothing else mattered. Becoming a mom taught me how to be selfless. My daughter has been my greatest teacher. Q: What advice would you give to fellow moms? A: Spend as much time as you can with your child. I was fortunate to be able to stay home and raise my daughter. I am so happy I did. She is now 14 years old and we are very close. The time I put in is now paying off. Q: What are you looking forward to doing – and receiving – this Mother’s Day? A: Eating pancakes with my daughter and husband. Then, going to the Echo Park Craft Fair to sell my wares and do last minute gift trades with all my friends who make the most incredible objects...which is the best part!
