Saehee Cho was one of Clare's very first employees when she first started the business. Nearly a year ago, Saehee left us to pursue her passion for cooking - and what a year she's had. Her company, SOO N Food regularly sends the most delicious treats to the studio, we always have her jam stocked in our fridge, and we love having her provide the bites at our store events. We asked Saehee to share one of her favorite recipes and signature illustrations.
