After months of anticipation, we're excited to launch our collaboration with Marais. A meeting of the L.A. minds, Clare worked with Marais Creative Director Haley Boyd, a #CVAmbassador, to create custom styles that are now exclusive to CV Retail and Web, and a fast favorite. Ahead of the release, we caught up with Haley to talk about the design process and all things Summer Style.

What does your day to day look like? Every day is different—I wear a lot of hats!
Where do you live? West Hollywood
Favorite part of your job? Working on both the business and creative sides of my company.
What attracted you to CV the brand? The beautiful, simple designs and community of incredible women.
Why did you want to collaborate on exclusive styles? Both brands are french inspired, made in LA, and focused on essential pieces for every day. It's a perfect match.
How do they bridge each ethos/aesthetic? We selected two of our favorite Marais USA styles, the Jane Mule and St Tropez Sandal, and made them in classic, bright colors from the Clare V. palette.
Which is your favorite? I love the color blocked Jane Mule. It's the style I wear almost every day, and in a color combination that is so Clare V. Using all of those bright colors together is very different from what I normally design, but I love it. Having the opportunity to do something fresh and new like that makes a collaboration so fun.
How would you wear it and what would you wear it with? I'll be wearing them with high waisted jeans, a white tank, and my Cream Alice.
What are you most looking forward to wearing from CV for Fall? Love the Black & Cream Léa.
